Allow me to introduce myself.
My passion is writing. My first novel, Scarecrow Gods, was published in March 2005 by Delirium Books and won the Bram Stoker Award for Best First Novel. I've had more than 100 short stories published in the professional and small press markets. My two collections co-written with David Whitman--Scary Rednecks and Other Inbred Horrors and Appalachian Galapagos--continue as serious cult favorites as new fans discover them and old fans promote them. Recalled to Life is my most recent novel and sold out from Delirium Books in 8 hours.
I spend my days and nights with my wife, Yvonne Navarro, and my immense albino Great Dane, Pester Ghost Cactus Eater, and my even more immense merle Great Dane, Goblin Monster Dog. So there you have it.
